Arracacha of Croquettes Ingredients
- ½ kg of Arracacha
- 150 grams of wheat flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon red pepper powder
- 100 ml of milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Arracacha of Croquettes Preparation
1ºP: Wash, peel and cut into pieces Arracacha, cook in a pot with water for 15 minutes.
2ºP: Then in bowl crush the Arracacha with a fork until there are no lumps. Mix with flour, butter, egg, baking powder, red pepper powder, milk and salt to taste, until the
3ºP: Dust the hands with flour and form small zeppelins with the mixture. take to the refrigerator for 6 hours.
4ºP: After 6 hours. In a pan add oil and fry the Arracacha zeppelins until golden brown.
