Ceviche in Camu Camu Sauce Recipe

Ceviche in Camu Camu Sauce Ingredients

  • 500 grams of fish pulp
  • 250 grams of Camu Camu (fresh or frozen)
  • 4 red onions
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 branches of parsley
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground garlic
  • 2 branches of green celery
  • 1 branch of Culantro
  • 1 corn
  • 2 sweet potato
  • 1 curly lettuce.
  • Pepper
  • Salt to tast

 

Ceviche in Camu Camu Sauce Preparation

1ºP: Wash and chop the fish in medium cubes. On the other hand peel and cut the onions in julienne, the chili pepper remove the seeds and chop the finest possible, in the same way we do with celery, cilantro, parsley and finally squeeze the juice of Camu Camu in a bowl .

2ºP: In a deep bowl, add the Camu Camu juice, chopped celery, garlic, olive oil, a pinch of pepper and salt to taste, stir well. Then add the fish, parsley and chopped coriander and stir for the second time. And put in the refrigerator to stand for 45 minutes,

3ºP: Wash the sweet potatoes, and chop the corn, cook it in different pots for 30 minutes.

4ºP: After 45 minutes add the fish and onion. Wash the lettuce and defoliate them, peel the sweet potato and cut 3 slices.

5ºP: On the plate insert 2 leaves of lettuce, next to the cut sweet potato, corn husked and Ceviche. Repeat the process in the other dish.

6ºP: Serve and enjoy, Bon appetit! It can be accompanied by a delicious Purple Chicha.
