- 2 cups white rice or (Intregral)
- 3 cups of water
- 2 tablespoons ground garlic
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 white plastic bag

1ºP: In a saucepan, add the oil and garlic, sauté for 3 minutes at medium heat (5), brown the garlic lightly.
2ºP: Add water and salt to taste. Wait until the water boils.
3ºP: Wash the rice with plenty of water and let it dry
4ºP: Add the rice and let cook for 10 minutes over medium heat (5), after the time put the white bag between the surface and lid of the pot and cook for 5 minutes at low heat (2).
5ºP: Turn off the heat (0) and keep the pot in the kitchen for 5 more minutes.
