Quinoa Mazamorra Ingredients

  • 350 grams of quinoa
  • 300 milliliter of milk
  • 2 cups of water
  • 2 cloves
  • 100 grams of raisins
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Vainilla essence
  • 2 butter spoons
  • Sugar

 

Quinoa Mazzamorra Preparation

1ºP: Wash the Quinoa with plenty of water, then in a pot add the water and the Quinoa to cook for 15 minutes. In that time, add the clove.

2ºP: In a bowl mix the cornstarch with milk, 10 drops of vanilla essence and butter, stir the mixture well.

3ºP: Finished the cooking time of the Quinoa, add the previously mixed and move the porridge for 5 more minutes and add the raisins, turn off the heat.
