Quinoa Paella Ingredients

  • 350 grams of Quinoa
  • 1 red onion in squares
  • 2 tablespoons ground garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 tomatoes in squares
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 250 grams of peas
  • 2 teaspoons of turmeric
  • Saffron
  • 4 green beans
  • 12 prawns units
  • 200 grams of squid
  • 200 grams of clams
  • 8 mussels units
  • 1 liter of fish broth or (8 heads of fish)
  • Salt to taste

 

Quinoa Paella Preparation

1ºP: Wash squids, mussels, clams and prawns. Wash and chop the beans also liquefy the red pepper

2ºP: In the case you have prepared the broth, avoid the next step. (Cook the fish heads in 1½ of water for 30 minutes and strain).
