Arracacha of Cake Ingredients
- 250 grams of butter
- 3 cups of wheat flour
- ½ liter of milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 arracacha whole medium
- 1 whole medium yucca
- 250 grams of sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 50 grams of raisins
- 1 pinch of salt
Arracacha of Cake Preparation
1ºP: Wash, peel and cut into pieces Arracacha and Yuca, cook in a pot with water for 15 minutes.
2ºP: Heat the oven 15 minutes at 180ºC.
3ºP: Then in bowl, crush the Arracacha and the Yuca with a fork until there are no lumps. Mix with butter, sugar and eggs, until the dough is uniform.
4ºP: Finished the mixture add baking powder, baking soda, raisins, a pinch of salt, milk and beat until the dough is consistent
5ºP: Pour butter into the mold, and flour. Then add the mixture and bake at 180ºC for 40 minutes.
