Camu Camu Sour Ingredients
- 4 ounces of pisco
- 4 ounces of Camu Camu juice
- 2 ounces of rubber syrup
- 6 ice cubes
- 6 drops of angostura bitters
- 2 Fruit of Camu camu
Camu Camu Sour Preparation
1ºP: Take two glasses to the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
2ºP: In a shaker add the Camu Camu juice, the rubber syrup and the ice, stirring for eight to 10 seconds (or blend for six to eight seconds) until consistency is achieved.
3ºP: Remove the glasses from the refrigerator and serve the Camu Camu Sour, add 2 drops of angostura per glass. Decorate with the fruits of Camu Camu on the edges.
