Quinoa Chaufa Recipe
Quinoa Chaufa is a good combination of Andean foods incorporated in a Chinese dish, but to the Peruvian version, the implementation of a pseudocereal dish is a new alternative to try new dishes and flavors.

Quinoa Chaufa Ingredients
- 300 grams of Quinoa
- 2 tablespoons ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons ground garlic
- ½ kg chicken breast pulp
- 4 units of hot dog
- 1 red pepper
- 4 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- Chinese onion
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
- Salt to taste
Quinoa Chaufa Preparation
2ºP: Wash and cook Quinoa in a pot with water for 15 minutes and dry. In a bowl beat the eggs and chop the hot dog into slices.
3ºP: In a large pan add vegetable oil, egg, hot dog and fry for 3 minutes. Add the chopped chicken, garlic, red pepper, soy sauce and sauté for 5 more minutes.
4ºP: Add the Quinoa, 1/4 cup of water, the Chinese onion and salt to taste, sauté for 5 minutes, add the olive oil and sauté for 3 more minutes and put out fire.
5ºP: Serve and eat! Bon appetit! It can be accompanied by a delicious purple chicha.
