Quinoa Salad Ingredients
- 1 cup of Quinoa
- 1 red pepper
- 100 grams of fresh cheese
- 100 grams of broccoli
- 1 red tomato
- 1 avocado
- 2 lemons
- 2 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 cooked carrot
- 2 bouquets of coriander
- 2 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- Salt to taste
Quinoa Salad Preparation
1ºP: Wash the Quinoa and cook in a pot with water for 15 minutes. In another pot with water, pre-cook the broccoli for 5 minutes.
2ºP: Wash, peel and cut into small squares red pepper, tomato and carrot. Also cut the cheese and avocado into small squares.
3ºP: Wash and cut the cilantro leaves into thin pieces, in a bowl squeeze the lemon juice. After the cooking, the quinoa is put in cold water, it is left to dry and the broccoli is cut into small trees.
