Quinoa Solterito Ingredients
- 2 cups of Quinoa
- 3 tomatoes in squares

- 6 tablespoons of olive oil

Quinoa Solterito Preparation
1ºP: In a pot cook the Quinoa for 20 minutes. Also shelling the corn and cooking for 15 minutes.
2ºP: In another pot precook the green beans for 5 minutes, you must preserve the green color.
3ºP: Chop the culantro leaves in pieces and the cheese in cubes.
